Justice Limback serves as Administrative Manager at Jade Energy Services, where she independently manages the full scope of the company’s back-office operations — from payroll and full-cycle bookkeeping to accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and multi-state compliance across New Mexico and Wyoming.
Her leadership focus is on building reliable, scalable systems that keep the business compliant, organized, and financially sound as it grows.
Justice brings over a year of administrative and accounting management experience at Jade Energy Services, with prior experience in caregiving and customer-facing roles, including her work in healthcare at Cranes Roost in Aztec, NM.
Her primary areas of expertise include full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll administration, accounts payable/receivable, remittance tracking and reconciliation, multi-state regulatory compliance, business licensing, insurance and new hire administration, and QuickBooks Online administration.

- Built and manages Jade Energy Services’ full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance functions solo, across two states.
- Developed a comprehensive Excel budget workbook for Jade Energy Services from real financial data, including breakeven and profit-margin scenario modeling.
- Led a large-scale data migration project, importing over 1,100 customer records from QuickBooks into the company’s PO tracking system.
- Advanced from Receptionist to Administrative Manager within her first year at Jade Energy Services, taking on expanded responsibility for operations, licensing, and HR functions.
Personal Note
Outside of work, Justice cherishes her role as an aunt, spending much of her free time with her nieces and family.
